<description>great post, been wondering when and where it would hit outside of Angola after first hearing Kuduro via Mad Decent and Masala a few years ago. Galiano and Sony Francais' contributions are not exctly what I was hoping for, though I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
Going for the club Med vibe is a bit gross considering Angola's recent history.
Been finding tracks via DJ Normal Nada's site, Artists like: Izé, Dog Murras who seems to be pretty large in the scene there. DJ Amorim, DJ Zenobia and a lot more.

Hard to follow it from NYC which I only do once and a while. Sound quality has been getting better too. As a genre of music when the shit is on it's so ill. reminds me of some of the Soca I hear out my window on Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn with Rara, Bass and deep house and dub techno thown in. One of those genres I got really excited about when I first heard it, a rare thing.

Best from Brooklyn,
